Architecture: Corporate world embraces nature
With the ‘green’ word becoming the call of the day, many corporate firms have embraced the thought of reducing their carbon footprint far more seriously than just lip service. Forget reducing paper wastage and saving water, companies have gone all out in their effort to go green and build on it. Quite literally.
Patni Computers, a leading global IT and BPO services provider is one such company. Patni launched its first Green IT-BPO knowledge centre in Noida last year at an investment of Rs. 175 crores. Developed on green architecture, the centre is spread over 5 acres and has a seating capacity of over 3500.
Imagine, 3500 people working in tandem with nature!
